Email verification keeps your account safe (we know it's really you when you reset a password) and protects Octuo from spam signups. Click the link in the email we sent on signup; the link expires in 24 hours. Need a new one? Sign in and choose "Resend verification" from Account → Settings.

Sign in → Account → Billing → "Manage billing" opens the Stripe-hosted Customer Portal. From there you can cancel anytime; the current paid period continues until its end date.

Automated self-service account deletion and data export are not available. To request account deletion or a copy of your data, email support@tutuo.ai for manual review and handling. The in-app controls do not initiate either action at this time, and no fixed completion timeline is promised.

Yes — Octuo for iOS is in TestFlight during the public beta. Get the TestFlight invite link. We'll launch on the App Store after the beta concludes.
