Common questions
Why do I need to verify my email?
Email verification keeps your account safe (we know it's really you when you reset a password) and protects Octuo from spam signups. Click the link in the email we sent on signup; the link expires in 24 hours. Need a new one? Sign in and choose "Resend verification" from Account → Settings.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Sign in → Account → Billing → "Manage billing" opens the Stripe-hosted Customer Portal. From there you can cancel anytime; the current paid period continues until its end date.
How do I delete my account?
Sign in → Account → Settings → "Delete my account". We schedule a hard delete for 30 days later; vault keys are shredded immediately. Until then you can cancel by signing in again. Export your data first if you want to keep a copy.
Where do I download Octuo for macOS?
Visit the download page. We sign and notarize each macOS release with Apple so it installs without Gatekeeper warnings.
Is there an iOS app?
Yes — Octuo for iOS is in TestFlight during the public beta. Get the TestFlight invite link. We'll launch on the App Store after the beta concludes.
Can I refund a purchase?
Yes — see our Refund Policy for the eligibility windows and the email path. We're flexible during beta.
What data does Octuo collect?

Where can I see if Octuo is having issues?
We're putting together a public status page. Until it lands, the fastest path is to email support@tutuo.ai if Octuo behaves unexpectedly — we triage same-day during beta.
Is Octuo open source?
Not currently. Some components may be open-sourced as the product matures.
